WHY CALL COSTA RICA INTERNATIONAL TOLL FREE:
A)When you have your reservations ready to completely finalize and you have that last question that we have not been able to clarify via e-mail.
B)When your reservations are for your arrival in Costa Rica within 48 hours and we need to move fast to finalize and confirm your reservations.
When NOT to call:
A) When you are just beginning to plan your holiday in
Costa Rica; then please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com .
Because you are using an International Toll Free line we request you assistance in controlling costs by having the following items ready prior to placing your call:
We will begin processing your reservation when we receive your VISA or Master Card information.
- Your departure date and your return dates.
- The places you definitely wish to visit and to see.
- The number of persons in your family or group.
- Your list of questions that you wish to ask.
- Your telephone number, fax number and E-mail address.
This information and requested reservations, to be processed in Costa Rica, must be received on
our Credit Card Form, along with a copy of the front and the back of the credit card, and a copy
of a photo ID such as a Passport or Driver's License.
A 5% Credit Card Processing fee must be added to the total of the reservations.
